Custom-Made Products
At Kiddeez, every storybook is custom-made and personalized specifically for your child. Each book is a unique, one-of-a-kind product created using the details and photos you provide. Because of the personalized nature of our products, production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
No Refunds
Since each storybook is custom-made to your specifications and cannot be resold or reused, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to carefully review all personalization details, including your child's name, age, photos, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.
No Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. This is because production of your personalized storybook begins immediately after payment confirmation, and the custom nature of the product means it cannot be repurposed for another customer.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note:
- Delivery is handled by third-party shipping partners
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions
- You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control do not qualify for a refund
Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping (torn pages, broken binding, water damage, etc.)
- Defective in printing (missing pages, blank pages, severely misaligned printing)
- Incorrect due to our error (wrong personalization caused by a system error on our end)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will send you a free replacement. This does not apply to errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Non-Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 21 business days from the date of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partner and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
