By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on Kiddeez, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Service Description

Kiddeez provides personalized storybook creation services. Each book is custom-made using the details and photos you provide, featuring your child as the main character. Since every product is uniquely created to your specifications, each order is a one-of-a-kind item made exclusively for you.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Razorpay
• Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice
• You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (child's name, age, photos, etc.) at the time of ordering
• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as production begins immediately

No Cancellation & No Refund Policy

Since every storybook is custom-made and personalized specifically for your child, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, or if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization due to a system error), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivery

• Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation
• Delivery is handled by third-party shipping partners; delivery timelines may vary based on your location and shipping conditions
• You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched
• Kiddeez is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for personalization and delivery
• Ensure you have the right to use any photos you upload for the storybook
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Do not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission

Intellectual Property

All story templates, illustrations, designs, and generated content are the intellectual property of Kiddeez. When you purchase a storybook, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the customized product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the content in any form.

Limitation of Liability

Kiddeez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to delays in delivery, errors in personalization due to incorrect information provided by the customer, or any issues arising from third-party services (payment processing, shipping, etc.).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
